The Side Effects of Organic Duanwood Reishi Extract

By Brandon Daemon

In this post, we are going to talk about the complications of taking duanwood reishi extract. Are there any side-effects? And if that is so what are they? What do we need to grasp, what will we need to be stressed about, what do we need to be aware of?

First and foremost, we want to know that for reishi to be in the high class of tonic herbs that it is in, it has to be free of side-effects. It has to meet that criteria. So long story down in size, reishi mushroom does not have any complications when used cleverly and when used reasonably. Meaning, if you simply had a 4 ounce bag and you simply drank the whole thing, you might have some side-effects. But they don't go to be too terrible--the worst that is going to happen is that you may have some increased elimination (you could go to the loo a little bit more but feel very good later) and/or you may have experience a wave of unnecessary energy. I am able to tell you this from my own experiences, because I have done that--I can tell you those are the complications and that is what occurs. The best thing? It's the worst that occurs. The worst that has ever happened to me when taking huge, massive doses of reishi herbs is a little indigestion and a little increased elimination that passed within a short period of time. That's the acute of it, and that is the downright worst that would occur. But for you, luckily , you'd never do those extremes because they're pointless. Actually, the complications of reishi is minor, nothing to stress about, and should never happen if you're reasonable and responsible in your reishi doses. Again, to reiterate, for reishi to be catalogued as a tonic herb, it has got to be free from complications.

Let's imagine you were taking a half little spoon twice each day, a spoon twice per day, or possibly even a full spoon twice per day. You actually would not notice any side-effects. Now if you're new to duanwood reishi extract and begin at a full tablespoon 2 times a day, you could experience some side-effects such as raised energy during the day, better mental clarity and thought processes, and probably increased visits to the bathroom because of better elimination and digestion. But it is important to note the "side effects" that you'd be experiencing would essentially be positive, useful, and pleasing, to be quite honest.

Remember, this is coming from me, someone that has been taking this herb on a consistent foundation for the last eight years of my life. I'm able to tell you, from my own private experience from taking these herbs and working with a lot of other individuals who also enjoy these herbs, this herb is safe, free from side-effects, and is incredibly effective--yet gentle and subtle--on the body. It is something you can take in over a long period because it is safe. Very similar to a food, it provides nourishment to the numerous systems in your body, provides unique nutrients--micro and macro--that aren't really found in normal foods that we eat in our daily diet. It provides nutriments such as polysaccharaides, betauchans, terpinoids, and ling chi proteins. All of these things are found in extremely unique substances, and some are actually unique only to reishi, so we'd actually be quite deficient in them. Taking reishi nourishes our body on this deep, deep level, and then this permits reishi to optimally function inside our body and allow it to avoid producing any negative side effects.

So long as you take reishi in reasonable dosages and do not go to an extremes such as taking a few oz. at once, you are never going to experience any complications or discomfort. Everything is going to work out nicely, as you will have to face the full advantages of reishi and its amazing, nourishing properties. The worst which will occur if you consume more than intended is that your digestion will improve due to the cleansing and de-toxing results of this powerful herb and the nutrient elements and anti-oxidating agents that it contains.
