The Bagel Factory: A Great Kosher LA Restaurant

By Ilan Gez

The Bagel Factory is so good that's has 3 locations in the LA area. This is one of the finest Kosher bakery Los Angeles has to give. Stop by and try out their savoury bagels and cuisine in L. A. , West LA or Torrance. Except for the proven fact that they're kosher, which is an excellent thing in this town that has a high Jewish population, the cafe also makes some vegetarian dishes for people that like no meat, for example the lentil and potato leek soup.

If a person had to pin down what they make best, there would be no agreement for quite some time because of the diversity of food. Add to this the benefit of awakening that knackered feeling the taste receptors get when you keep trying to feed them a diet comprised of junk food and soda.

One of the things that The Bagel Factory focuses on is their home made soups. There may be more than 15 sorts of some of the most impressive soups in the whole state. Indulge without feeling guilty, because they are really low in carbohydrates. Of course that suggests the soups are also on the slim side when it comes to fat content. Exquisite, healthy and served up hot, even the California plant chowder is a hit.

The bagels are incredible! The traditional technique of boiling them first and then baking them certainly works rather well for the customers. Folk rave about the right texture and insist that they're perfect. One of the special things that makes the bagels so good is the varied flavours of cream cheese. This is Southern California and where better to feature jalapeno cream cheese?

The egg salad sandwich appears to be the most well liked variety, looking at what tends to go quickly. What an awesome experience if you're just out for lunch or stopping by for dinner.
