By Ilan Gez

Philippine food is understood in the world for being one of the most diverse apropos its influences. In other words, Filipino cuisine, aside from having Asian influences, is also influenced by the culture and cooking styles of other regions such as Chinese, Hispanic and even American. As a consequence of so many influences, the dishes that you're going to find in the Filipino cuisine around Los Angeles will differ from the most simple like fried and salted meat to the more diverse ones like paellas.

In terms of cooking as well , Filipino cuisine is extremely diverse because it requires many kinds of ingredients. However , if you can find the right Filipino ingredients then there is no reason why you cannot whip up the best Filipino food Los Angeles has in offer.

1. Bahay Natin:

Bahay Natin is, perhaps, the sole Filipino corner shop in the western part of the city. The food market is a traditional looking Filipino produce store that's located on the Venice Boulevard. The place contains most of the basic ingredients that any Filipino cuisine cook would desire but the real highlight of the place is the kind of welcome its owners give to consumers and how they try and help with their selections.

2. Seafood Town Supermarket:

Seafood Town Superstore is, like the bulk of Filipino groceries or eateries in the town of LA, situated in the Eagle Rock neighborhood and, in simplest of words, this place has everything that an individual would ever need to make any Filipino dish. This is one of the finest stocked places in the city.

3. Arko Foods International:

Arko Foods International is also found in a locale that's known to be a hub for Filipino food stores and restaurants i.e. Glendale. Arko Foods World, like Seafood City Superstore, stocks almost every Filipino ingredient possible.
